Sources say that Talla’far in Iraq on the borders with Syria is almost totally free from ISIS . This happened in a very short time and we are not informed about the numbers of ISIS that were captured or killed ; and what happened is that they were probably exited to Deir Ezzur where they will fight the Syrian Army . The US has decided to enter the battle of Deir Ezzur against ISIS using multiple Syrian armed factions that it will bring by air from their stronghold of the southern region of Dar’a . The situation in Syria is`extremely complicated, and large portions of al Raqqa are still under ISIS rule almost 40% and the Coalition is striking daily and mercilessly and killing civilians on daily basis . The reason is that US doesn’t want the SDF to claim victory in al Raqqa nor the Syrian Army in Deir Ezzur and is trying to impose many fighting groups in these two places that will claim victory in order to prevent any single claim . This according to what has been agreed upon with Russia , and in order to extend this endless war even more and cause more destruction and undermine all fighting groups until the replacement of ISIS is ready to take over . We don’t know yet who will replace ISIS and al Nusrat and what was proposed for al Nusrat in Idlib might work for ISIS in Deir Ezzur which is to give self determination to Idlib and have the thugs of al Nusrat join the police
